What’s your return policy?
We have a no quibble return policy. This means you can return any standard item, unused, and still with the labels in place at any time within 28 days of dispatch. It doesn't matter what the reason is, as long as we receive the returned item within 28 days we will refund it or exchange (for exchange we will charge an additional amount for postage)
Please note, we cannot accept returns after the 28 day rule above. Sale items work slightly differently. These must be returned within 7 days so we can process the return and put it back into the sale section before the sale ends.
Can I return my 'Design-Your-Own' Hoodie?
We cannot accept returns of bespoke items, since they have been made specifically for you. Some of you order some wonderfully unusual colour combinations that we would not necessarily expect to be able to re-sell. Of course, in the unlikely event that your Hoodie is faulty, we will of course accept your return (please send a note to tell us what the fault is) and refund or replace it.
I don't like my embroidered Hoodie; can I return it?
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of personalised items unless they are faulty. Please be extra careful when ordering, that you send us the correct spelling to use for embroidery; we cannot refund orders where you have given us incorrect details.
Can I return items bought at a Baby Show?
Yes, you can. The same guarantee applies as above, you will have to pay for postage to send the item, and for P&P if you want an exchange.
What about the Hoodie I bought from a Nursery Retailer?
If you bought your Hoodie from one of our stockists, please return it to them, and not to us. They will process an exchange or a refund based on their own policies.
Do you pay for return postage?
We do sometimes offer free returns during special promotions, but generally you will need to cover the cost of return postage. We advise that you choose a registered post service as you are responsible for the returned items until they reach us, and we cannot process your refund or exchange until we receive your returns. This is different if we send you a faulty item; in that case when we receive it back from you we will refund your postage costs (as they appear on your postage label).
I received my Hoodie as a gift. Can I return it for a refund?
You can return it, but you will need to give us details of the original purchaser, as any refund has to be made to them. This will not include the cost of any giftwrapping, or P&P (unless, as above, the item is faulty). Otherwise all the standard returns rules apply.
How long does it take to process my returns?
We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but it can sometimes take up to 14 days when we’re very busy.
