Placing an order and paying

If an item is not in stock at the time of processing your order, we will let you know and aim to ship it within 2 weeks of your order being placed.  All items in your order, whether in stock or not, must be paid for at the point of order.

On completion of your order you will receive an order number – please make a note of this reference in case you do not receive an email confirmation.  An email confirmation will be sent following every order and it is your responsibility to ensure that your email address is correct.

By placing an order on www.morrck.com you are agreeing to both our privacy statement http://morrck.com/privacy-statement/ and cookie policy http://morrck.com/cookie-policy/ .

Please note product colours can vary slightly from those shown on your computer.

Product safety – The Morrck Baby Hoodie is classified as clothing in the UK and as such it is not required to be crash tested. However, for our own peace of mind we have tested it using the same test conditions used to evaluate the safety of child car seats in Europe.  If you are outside the UK please check, prior to purchase, whether your country requires baby hoodies to meet any standards within your country.

What happens if my order is out of stock?

Occasionally we may be out of stock of an item.  Stock levels are visible on our website and our system will allow you to place an order where there is no stock immediately available.  We would aim to dispatch any items you order that are showing as out of stock to you within two weeks of your order. If it is likely to be any longer then we will let you know.

Order acceptance and contract

The contract for the sale of the goods will be formed when we send an email confirmation to you that we’ve dispatched the product to you at the address you provide us with. Please note however that this site and its contents do not form an agreement between Morrck and a customer in a jurisdiction in which the products offered for sale would go against any local, regional or national laws. If you know that it would be illegal for us to sell our products in your country, please do not order items from our site as we cannot be held responsible.

Account security

You must use the site for lawful purposes only. By registering with us you recognise that you are responsible for all access made to the site using the log in details that you provide us with. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information with regards to your account is kept confidential. We shall not accept responsibility for any loss or damage as a result of you not keeping all such information confidential.

Currency and pricing

All prices quoted include VAT (if applicable) but exclude P&P. Morrck reserves the right to change prices for products shown on our website at any time. The price payable for the goods shall be the price applicable on the date the goods are confirmed as ordered.

All prices are shown in British Pounds – currency conversion is subject to the exchange rates applied by your method of payment at time of order.

Payment methods and processing

Morrck currently accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron, American Express and PayPal.  Goods are sent when the total amount has been approved and debited from your account. Placing your order means you are engaged in a contract and that you unconditionally accept the prices and descriptions of the items you have ordered.

To securely receive payments over the internet, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your personal information and payment details. We take security seriously and have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect.

Notifying Morrck after 28 days of purchase being delivered to you – you can return the item (at your cost) within 14 days of notifying us for an exchange (P&P will be charged).

For all returns and exchanges the item needs to be unused and still with the labels in place. Once the item is received we will either post out your exchange or process your refund.

Faulty Products

In the event that you receive a faulty Morrck product, please contact us. We will refund or exchange your product on receipt of the returned item.  Morrck will pay for the return postage.  A faulty product does not include damage incurred by the purchaser in failing to maintain and care for the product properly.

I received my travel blanket as a gift. Can I return it for a refund?

You can return items given to you as a gift as long as you include details of the original purchaser, as any refund has to be made to them (due to anti-money laundering regulations). The refund will not include the cost of any gift wrapping or P&P (unless the item is faulty).  You can of course exchange your gift.

What if I want to exchange my item for something that’s a different price?

We will refund the price difference between your item and a cheaper one or require extra payment to match the price of a more expensive one. You can make the additional payment by phone, or by sending a cheque with your returned item

Where should I send my returns and exchanges?

Our address is on our contact us page.  Please note it can sometimes take up to 14 days to process when we’re very busy.  Please remember to include a cover note, or the packing slip sent with your original order.

Can I return items bought at a Baby Show?

Yes, you can see returns and exchange policy above.

Additionally, we shall also not be liable to you for a breach of these terms and conditions or a failure to perform if the delay or failure is due to a cause beyond our reasonable control.
